Technical Project Lead

Master’s degree in Comp Sci, Engg any, Tech, Info Sys or rltd& 2 yrs of exp to Lead cross func teams to deliver prod. Res for estab work process flow for increased effic & utilization, creating, maintain, & prior the prod backlog accor to the life of the project. Inspect the prod prog at the end of every sprint& accept or reject as per the req matrix. Exp working through an Agile trans & waterfall models. Facilitate PI (Program Increment), sprint planning, and release mgmt process, as well as all other scrum method. Collab w/ the agile dev teams w/ hands-on Scrum exp to res issues within the team, external dependencies &challenges that were out of the team’s immediate control. Strong exp using Rally & Clarity tools for budget mgmt, res mgmt. & proj tracking. Troubleshoot various prod issues during install& modif of the prod. Dsgn dvlp proj plans used to facilitate prodn w/ respect to time and cost mgmt. Coord w/ a team of designers & programmers to ensure the smooth exe of the dsgn method. Dsgn, dvlp ,test the prod using tech like Pro-E and AutoCAD on Windows platform. Work loc: Work location is Irving, TX w/ req’d travel to client loc throughout the USA.
