Lead Tool Maker 1st shift Pay $38-45- Direct Hire

Location: Cedarburg, WI Shift: 1st shift (Flexible start between 5am–7am) – plenty of overtime available Terms: Direct hire Pay: $32–$40/hr, depending on experience Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Tool Maker with a desire to lead and mentor others. This role focuses on the design, build, refurbishment, and reverse engineering of plastic injection molds used across industries like automotive, medical, packaging, and batteries. You’ll provide hands-on guidance to team members and apprentices while collaborating with an experienced production team.
