Back to jobsNewProgram CoordinatorCharlotte, NC (Hybrid)We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support a Program Manager and multiple Project Managers in the delivery of a large-scale bank branch construction program across the Southeast United States.This role is critical to ensuring program consistency, operational efficiency, and communication flow across a portfolio of concurrent ground-up retail construction projects. The Program Coordinator will act as the central hub for coordination, reporting, documentation, and process adherence, enabling the program team to execute effectively and align with broader business objectives.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and brings strong administrative, analytical, and communication skills to support program-level execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination & AdministrationSupport the Program Manager in coordinating activities across multiple construction projects to ensure alignment with program goals and timelinesMaintain centralized program documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and governance materialsAssist in the development and enforcement of standardized program processes, templates, and toolsCoordinate program-level meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action item trackingProject SupportProvide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers across multiple active job sitesTrack project milestones, deliverables, and key deadlines across the portfolioAssist with project setup, closeout documentation, and compliance trackingMonitor and follow up on task assignments to ensure timely completionReporting & Data ManagementCompile and distribute regular program reports on schedule, budget, risks, and overall performanceMaintain dashboards and tracking tools for KPIs, project status, and portfolio healthEnsure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platformsSupport preparation of executive-level presentations and updatesFinancial & Budget TrackingAssist in tracking program budgets, commitments, and expenditures across projects Support invoice processing, purchase orders, and financial documentationCoordinate with finance teams to ensure alignment on capital allocation and reportingVendor & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate communication with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholdersMaintain vendor documentation, contracts, and compliance recordsSupport vendor onboarding and performance tracking processesRisk, Issue & Change TrackingMaintain logs for program-level risks, issues, and change requestsTrack mitigation actions and escalate concerns to the Program Manager as neededSupport change management documentation and communication effortsProcess Improvement & GovernanceAssist in implementing and maintaining program governance frameworksIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and coordination efficiencyEnsure adherence to established standards for scheduling, budgeting, and documentationQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred2–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or program supportExperience supporting commercial real estate or retail construction projects strongly preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio of projectsProficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentHigh level of professionalism and customer service orientationAdditional RequirementsWillingness to support a geographically dispersed team across the Southeast U.S.Occasional travel may be required (up to 10–20%)About Lincoln Property CompanyLincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”) is one of the largest private real estate firms in the United States.
