Your impact
Own CAD‑based electrical design for control panels, power distribution, and interconnects.
Prototype and test: measure performance, adjust parameters, and resolve issues quickly.
Author specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics that are clear and complete.
Deliver progress reports and technical summaries to management.
Partner with manufacturing to support builds, troubleshoot line issues, and verify fixes.
Contribute directly to the electrical portion of industrial equipment during production.
Maintain organized records; check in all files and documentation to the shared/public drive.
Take on additional engineering tasks as assigned.
What we’re looking for
3–5 years in electrical engineering—preferably within industrial or HVACR environments.
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering preferred.
Strong communication and customer‑service orientation with internal stakeholders.
Calm under pressure; effective in high‑tempo settings.
Uncompromising attention to detail.
Technical strengths
Electrical schematic design and review
Refrigeration system basics and interfaces
Diagnostics, fault isolation, and repair practices
CAD tools for electrical layout and documentation
Industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting
Quality data collection and analysis
Engineering fundamentals from an accredited program
Physical aspects of the role
Extended computer work while seated.
Occasional lifting or transport of up to 15 pounds.
