Position Summary
In this position you will be responsible for creating and executing unique designs, as well as those requested by clients. Must be able to design and create independently and efficiently.

Qualifications
Required: A minimum of 3 years of Floral Design experience
Excellent creativity and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
As a Floral Designer at Westborn Market Flower Shop, you will be responsible for creating unique floral arrangements for a variety of events and occasions
Your role will involve designing custom pieces for our design showcase
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on floral choices and design options
Prepare floral arrangements for daily delivery and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Provide excellent customer service
