Significant experience writing ACE/IIB flows. Significant experience working with IBM MQ queues. Clear understanding of Agile concepts: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, etc. Significant experience working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, and vendors. Significant experience working with multiple simultaneous projects. Strong self-motivation and proactive mentality with a desire for constant improvement. Nice to have: Experience with IBM DB2 Database and Java / J2EE. Nice to have: Experience working for a Financial Institution. Nice to have: Experience working on fraud- or security-related projects.
