Our clients include food manufacturers and distributors, restaurants and retailers, other foodservice organizations, and various institutions aligned with the food industry.Job DescriptionWe are searching for a Data Entry Assistant (Part-Time) to join our Data Management team. This is a work from home position, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights and weekends.Under the supervision of the Team Lead, the Research Assistant is responsible for phone/online research, and data collection. This position may based in Illinois and Arizona.Our part-time employees play an important role in our business function, thus we are seeking only those candidates with an interest in working hard, while gaining valuable business experience and knowledge. Qualified candidates will have a strong interest in data entry and research with an organization dedicated to service excellence.QualificationsProvide your own desktop computer or laptop and internet connectivity in a private, secure environment (Tablets are not acceptable)Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. Up to 29 hours available. Expertise using the internet as a research tool and computer savvyPrevious experience in data entry or adjacent roleProfessional, ambitious, adaptable and hard-working: attention to detail a mustStrong written and verbal communication skillsDeadline-orientedExcellent telephone and customer-service skills (comfortable cold-calling)Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Publisher & ExcelStrong understanding of food, beverage & restaurant industry: especially classifications and typesGeneral understand of menu structureFoodservice experience a plusThe pay range for this position is up to $15.40 hourly.This post will expire on June 24, 2024.Additional InformationWe work hard to make sure Life at Informa is rewarding, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.
