The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and action-driven environment making lasting impacts on the organization. What you will be doing: This position is designed to give daily direction, provide feedback and coaching, and define departmental objectives in the following areas of a distribution center: parts control, warehousing, sequencing, repack, and inventory control. The Distribution Supervisor will also act as a communicator of processes, policies, and administrative issues. This position will also be tasked with providing an example for all associates, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting continuous improvement.
