We are a Registered ServiceNow Partner. We are looking to hire ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant for Remote position to work Part Time on projects for our client. Scope: - US Citizen on US Soil. - Onboarding required Communication Skills: Good Skills Required: ITOM Lead level TC who can support the below activities: Details: - Focus on building a robust service graph for customer environments, reducing alert noise, and establishing repeatable onboarding processes for AWS and Azure customers. - Service Graph as Primary Goal: the main objective is to fill out the service graph for customer environments, particularly for AWS, to improve support and incident impact analysis. - Reducing Alert Noise: need to reduce noise in the alerting system by correlating related events and consolidating them into single tickets, referencing a successful proof-of-concept using CloudTrail data. - Repeatable Customer Onboarding: Customer requested that the engagement produce clear 'recipes' for onboarding new customers, including both AWS and Azure, to streamline the process for future additions. - Event Management Integration: customer highlighted the desire to move away from PagerDuty as middleware for event management, instead feeding alerts directly into ServiceNow event management for improved compliance and integration. - ServiceNow resources would provide hands-on support while also documenting process Question 1: Please provide name and email that the certifications are listed under on ServiceNow portal.
