About us High Point Applied Behavior Analysis is a boutique, clinician led ABA practice based out of Rhinebeck, NY. We are committed to making a positive impact on individuals' lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our dedicated team. As a Behavior Analyst at High Point ABA, you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing behavior intervention programs for individuals with diverse needs. You will also play a critical role in leading our team of Behavior Therapists and shaping company culture. The position will begin as part time, with the potential to grow into a full time role, if desired. A candidate MUST possess their LBA in New York State in order to be considered for this position. Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Through weekly field supervision, provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client progress (25% of supervision and caregiver training can be provided via telehealth) Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in client care Produce progress reports to meet the requirements and submission timelines of funding sources Required Skills: Licensed as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of New York Credentialed with NYS Medicaid Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field Strong clinical and assessment skills with a focus on evidence-based practices Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and collaboration skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
