This includes delivering meals to patients, turning and ambulating patients and providing plenty of fresh water, as well as extra nourishment between mealsHelp patients with personal hygiene.Observe patients' conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, and report changes to the charge/staff nurse as soon as possible.Provide patients with bedpans, help with baths, shampoos and showersProvide adjunct care for the patient, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings and therapeutic bathsCheck vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chartAssist the nurses and other staff as neededAdhere to professional standards, follow the policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements.Minmum RequirementsActive TN C N A certificationHighschool Diploma or GED
