Senior Product Manager – AI & Automotive ServicingLocation: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)Contract: 6 MonthsRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven digital products focused on transforming the automotive service and ownership experience. This role sits within a digital / IT / ecommerce / service product organization (not vehicle hardware) and requires someone who can own product strategy end-to-end—from problem discovery to execution and measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy, roadmap, and execution for service-related digital platformsTranslate service operations pain points into scalable product solutionsPartner closely with Engineering, AI/Data teams, Service Ops, Support, Ecommerce, and ITDefine and track success metrics:Service turnaround timeCase resolution efficiencySelf-service adoptionWarranty processing efficiencyCustomer satisfaction (CSAT)Operational productivityLead full product lifecycle: discovery → requirements → prioritization → launch → iterationCommunicate clearly with executive and cross-functional stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For8–12+ years in Product Management with ownership of complex digital productsStrong experience in at least one domain:Automotive servicing / after-sales / warrantyEcommerce / retail platformsPayments / transactional systemsEnterprise SaaS / internal platformsAI-enabled products (GenAI, copilots, automation)Proven ability to drive product strategy (not just backlog management)Strong skills in problem framing, prioritization, and KPI ownershipExperience working in cross-functional, fast-paced enterprise environmentsHands-on exposure to AI use cases (RAG, LLM workflows, automation, decisioning systems) is highly preferredExperience with service operations platforms or field service systemsExposure to automotive or mobility ecosystemBackground working with data platforms or ML/AI teams
