The Technical Expert will be responsible for conducting and documenting technical audits, supporting research and development (R&D) initiatives, providing technical support, and ensuring adherence to Halal certification standards. The role also involves engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service to promote seamless certification processes.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to assess processes and ensure compliance with Halal standardsEffective Communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholdersTechnical Support expertise to resolve issues and enhance certification processesExperience in Research and Development (R&D) to improve methodologies and adapt to evolving standardsCustomer Service skills to address client needs and provide guidance throughout the certification processProficiency in regulatory compliance and certification protocolsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Engineering, or a related disciplineExperience in Halal certification or related industries is preferred
