Commercial Property Manager / Accountant

If you’re someone who can confidently manage tenants, vendors, and budgets—while also owning the books—this is your role. What You’ll Do:Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties from corporate officeManage tenant and vendor communication (including after-hours calls)Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvementsConduct site inspections and oversee tenant improvementsPrepare monthly tenant billings and maintain rent rollsPost Rent & Cash Receipts (REQUIRED Experience)Review, code, and process invoicesCreate journal entries and manage accrual accountingAssist with annual budgets and variance trackingMaintain lease files and ensure compliance What You Bring:3+ years Commercial Property Management experience (required)3+ years Accounting/Bookkeeping experience OR related degree (required)Strong understanding of:Rent posting, cash receiptsCredit/debit accountingJournal entries & accrualsExperience with Sage or similar softwareExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple properties and prioritiesComfortable in an open office environment and taking after-hours calls Bonus:Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Property ManagementExperience managing OC & IE portfolios Why Join:High-impact, hybrid role (operations + accounting)Stable company with a strong portfolioOpportunity to take full ownership of your properties Interested?
