This role is ideal for someone who has prior MSP experience and is comfortable working across multiple client environments.You will provide both remote and on-site support, handling a mix of end-user issues, infrastructure troubleshooting, and project work. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with clients, and has hands-on experience supporting modern business networks.Key ResponsibilitiesClient SupportProvide remote and on-site technical support across multiple client environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, servers, networking, and cloud systemsAct as a technical escalation point for more complex support issuesCommunicate clearly with clients, setting expectations and providing updatesInfrastructure & Network SupportSupport and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, switches, and wireless networksWork extensively with Ubiquiti (UniFi) environments, including deployment and troubleshootingAssist with network optimization, security, and performance improvementsSystems & CloudSupport Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID)Assist with user provisioning, access control, and security configurationsSupport Windows Server environments and common business applicationsOperations & ProcessDocument issues, resolutions, and environments in the PSA systemContribute to SOPs and internal documentation standardsFollow escalation procedures and ticket management best practicesProjectsAssist with client onboarding, migrations, and infrastructure upgradesWork alongside senior engineers on deployments and improvementsIdentify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutionsRequired QualificationsPrior experience working in an MSP environment5+ years of hands-on IT support experienceStrong troubleshooting skills across:Windows 10/11 and Windows ServerMicrosoft 365 (Exchange, Entra ID, Teams)Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)Experience supporting Ubiquiti / UniFi environmentsExcellent customer communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with MSP tools (RMM + PSA)Exposure to:Azure / IntuneEndpoint security tools (Defender, MFA solutions)Backup & disaster recovery solutionsCertifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or MicrosoftAdditional RequirementsComfortable balancing both remote and on-site workValid driver's license and ability to travel locally to client sitesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced MSP environmentAbility to pass a background checkWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefitsPaid time off + holidaysOpportunity to work with a wide range of technologies and clientsCareer growth in a structured MSP environment focused on standardization and process improvement
