Join us and make it happen! 2nd shift 2pm-10pm ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DOProvides timely and objective feedback regarding trainees to managementAdhere to SOP and work instructions at all times without variationProvide consistent and accurate training to all employeesProvides ongoing support to trainees after training is completeAccurately complete training documents in a timely mannerInteract with both internal and external personnelDiscuss training updates in group settingsPerforms other duties as assignedWork along side of trainee until the completion of trainingAttend trainer meetings as requiredQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Must have demonstrated satisfactory performance in current departmentMust have a positive attitude along with strong organizational and communication skillsMust be able to manage multiple tasks at the same timeMust be highly self motivated with a strong attention to detailMust be in good standing with QCIP and continue to maintain higher than average quality performanceAbout UsWallenius Wilhelmsen is an iconic shipping and logistics company with premium end-to-end supply chain management.
