A company is looking for a Vice President of Client Engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage key customer relationships to ensure client retention and growth Monitor performance to meet/exceed SLAs while managing P&L for clients Conduct regular business reviews with clients and assist in sales collateral development Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in business administration, health care administration, or a relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare transactions such as billing and customer service 3+ years of experience managing Tier 1 and 2 accounts in a Central Business Office (CBO) environment Download speed of 30MB or higher and upload speed of 10MB or higher Access to a secure and private workspace
