This position is ideal for candidates with previous production or press operation experience who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor industrial production equipment and press machineryPerform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshootingInspect products to ensure quality and production specifications are metMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow production schedules and work instructionsAssist with preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairsAccurately complete production documentation and reportsQualificationsPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityExperience operating press equipment is highly preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to lift, stand, and work throughout a scheduled shiftPreferred SkillsExperience with industrial presses or extrusion-related equipmentMechanical setup and changeover experienceUnderstanding of quality control proceduresForklift experience is a plusSchedule & PayFull-time opportunityOvertime may be availableCompetitive pay based on experience
