Cardiology Physician

This is a bread-and-butter general cardiology role with a mix of outpatient clinic, non-invasive imaging (NIL), and periodic inpatient rounding. Perfect for experienced cardiologists who thrive in both clinical and teaching environments.Clinic Hours: M F, half-day outpatient clinic (starting at 8 AM), followed by NIL work in the afternoonNIL Work: 15 echos/day3 5 stress tests or EKGs/dayInpatient Rounding: 1 full week of rounding every 3 4 weeks (approx. 2 weeks total during contract)Hours: 7:30 AM 5:30 PMTeaching service with residents and medical studentsCall Requirements: None Work Environment: Support Team Includes:6 7 Cardiologists on service1 Physician AssistantNIL RN, Clinic RN, Clinic SchedulerOn-site heart failure clinic staffed by pharmacistsPatient Volume:Clinic: 8 patients per half-dayPrimarily follow-ups; 2 3 new patients per sessionPatient Population: Adult-onlyCommon Cases:Advanced heart failure, multi-vessel coronary diseaseNo cardiac surgery on site cases are referred outDevice placement available; ablations referred outProcedures: None required, but option for TEE if trained Interested or Available?
