The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing daily office tasks, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls with proper etiquette, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and providing general clerical support. This individual will help ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance tasksStrong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective verbal and written CommunicationExperience with Clerical Skills, including organization, filing, and data entryExcellent attention to detail and strong multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe AcrobatBachelor’s degree or higher is preferredPrevious experience in administrative roles is preferredMust own an operational, insured automobileOther ResponsibilitiesOpening the office: hours are 8:30am - 5:00pmFront desk services, including greeting and serving clientsHandling of incoming and outgoing mail, Certified Return Receipt mailings, Priority Mail, FedExOrdering lunch for weekly office meetings, picking up as requiredMonitoring and maintaining office/kitchen/mailing suppliesFamiliarity with office equipment, such as scanners, copiers/printers, and postage meterTicking and tying workpaper calculationsExpected extended office hours (typically ~50 hours/week) during tax and extension seasons: mid-March through mid-April and mid-September through mid-October
