Part-Time Executive Assistant 3-Month Contract to Permanent20 hours per week Hybrid (1-2 days per week in NYC office)I'm partnering with a Real Estate firm in NYC who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the founder and wider team. This opportunity is part-time, working 20 hours per week (flexible on specific hours). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being hands-on, and can build strong working relationships through reliability, responsiveness, and discretion.This role will begin as a 3-month contract with the view to become permanent for the right person.Key ResponsibilitiesDiary and inbox management for the Founder Coordinating meetings and schedules across the teamManaging client correspondenceOrdering office supplies and overseeing office administrationVendor management and coordinationAssisting with light travel arrangementsSupporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as requiredIdeal CandidatePrevious experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Administrative support roleExperience within Real Estate advantageous but not essential Highly responsive, dependable, and able to work with urgencyStrong organisational and communication skillsProfessional, discreet, and trustworthyProactive approach with strong attention to detailConfident working independently and collaboratively within a teamWe are looking to move quickly on this hire.
