Position OverviewGulf Management is seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our Covington-based team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates across the organization.The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder with strong communication and organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to offerSource, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of tools and platformsPost job openings and optimize listings to attract qualified talentCoordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and interview panelsCommunicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring processRecruitment Strategy & PartnershipPartner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring prioritiesDevelop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategiesBuild strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsCreate and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and company cultureAdvise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selectionOperations & AdministrationSchedule interviews and manage recruiting logisticsMaintain accurate records within the applicant tracking systemParticipate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiativesTrack and report on recruiting metrics and hiring effectivenessSupport additional HR initiatives and projects as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceProven ability to source and attract passive candidatesStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsHigh level of initiative, adaptability, and attention to detailAbout Gulf Management, Inc.Gulf Management, Inc. is a management consulting firm supporting companies in the road construction and manufacturing industries.
