Job Description
Overview (Windsor Locks Warehouse)
Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking customer orders, packing shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role primarily handles small to medium-sized automotive parts and requires strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Receive and verify incoming automotive parts shipments
Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
Use handheld RF scanners to track inventory and process orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Meet productivity and accuracy standards while working as part of a team
Qualifications:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move packages up to 40-50 lbs. as needed
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
