Workday HCM Expert - Local to IA

Qualifications:· Demonstrated ability to support and address Workday HCM Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking inefficiencies.· Expertise in testing and ensuring the accuracy of Time Tracking calculations and Payroll, Absence, and reporting requirements.· Experience supporting multiple clients in post-production activities.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Knowledge of payroll compliance and the ability to identify and resolve issues related to taxes or time block calculations.· Ability to collaborate with IT teams for system programming and enhancements.· Experience in conducting smoke testing and dry runs, with managers signing off on results.· Proficiency in testing payroll reports to ensure accuracy.· Certified in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and HCM.
