Reconstruction Technician

Then you may be our perfect hero!Primary Responsibilities:Providing construction services as required on small construction projectsWorking with rough and finish carpentryWorking with drywall- start to finish PaintingInstalling pre-finished hardwoods and laminates Qualifications:Minimum 2 years experience in constructionMinimum 2 years of installing drywall and mudMinimum 2 years flooring experienceMinimum 2 years painting experience Texture experienceKnowledge and skills to perform construction services as neededAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable laws.Effective oral communicationBasic math skillsExperience in cleaning/restoration preferredHigh school diploma/GEDJob Type:Full-timeNormal Working Hours:This is a full-time position, working 7:45 a.m.–4:15 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This position occasionally requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work in support of emergency services. Travel is required and is primarily local.
