IP Litigation Paralegal

A mid-sized law firm with a global reach is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join their team.Responsibilities:Provide direct support to a team of attorneys in all phases of complex intellectual property litigation.Conduct legal research, including online and library research.Prepare and organize legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and exhibits.Assist with document review and production.Manage deadlines and calendars.Coordinate with clients and outside vendors.Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization.May involve limited travel for trials (generally 1-2 times per year).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred.5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation (IP experience preferred but not required for highly qualified candidates).Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
