We're currently seeking skilled Bus Mechanics to join our full-time maintenance team and help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently.Job SummaryAs a Bus Mechanic, you'll perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on buses, motorcoaches, and related equipment. You'll work in a fast-paced shop environment where safety, reliability, and teamwork are top priorities.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and inspections on buses and motorcoachesDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issuesRepair engines, brakes, transmissions, HVAC systems, and other componentsConduct road tests and post-repair evaluationsMaintain accurate service records and documentationEnsure compliance with DOT and company safety standardsCollaborate with drivers and dispatch to address vehicle concernsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in diesel or heavy vehicle maintenance (bus experience preferred)Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsMust have own toolsMust be able to pass background check and drug screeningBenefits$5,000 sign-on bonus (conditions apply)Competitive hourly pay based on experienceHealth, vision, and dental insurance401(k) retirement planSupportive team environmentFull-time schedule with consistent hoursSchedule:2nd shift
