Collections/Customer Service Representative

One of our great clients in Rochester, NY is looking for their next Collections/Customer ServiceSpecialist! This position works fully onsite Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. They are looking for someone to start within the next 1-2 weeks! What You'll Do Call customers with past due accounts to arrange for payments, and answer several customer phone calls each day to assist them with questions and payments Find and correct invoicing issues with customers Communicate and problem-solve effectively with team members in other company departments Write official communications for the company to send to customers regarding their past due accounts Other tasks as needed What You Bring At least 1 year in customer service | Preferred: collections experience Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Strong problem-solving, communication, and detail-orientation Positive attitude and teamwork Why This Opportunity?
