Medical Device Sales Representative (Associate Interventional Specialist)This is a field-based opportunity for someone who is motivated, coachable and excited to build a long-term career in medical device sales.In this role, you will partner closely with a District Sales Manager and help drive territory growth through account support, case coverage, product education, inventory coordination and customer relationship management. You will be out in the field daily, learning the business hands-on and developing toward greater account ownership over time.This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from B2B sales, healthcare sales or a clinical background who wants to break into device sales and grow within a strong market.CompensationBase Salary: $40,000 - $60,000On-target earnings: $90,000 - $110,000Territory CoverageNorthern New Jersey territory: Edison, Morristown, Summit, Hoboken, and surrounding areasField-based role with daily travel throughout the territoryResponsibilitiesSupport territory growth across assigned accounts in Northern New JerseyPartner with the District Sales Manager on customer visits, sales calls, and account developmentProvide case support, product education, and customer service in clinical settingsAssist with patient and customer education, product programming/reprogramming, and follow-up supportHelp manage inventory, territory activity, and account needsBuild relationships with physicians, office staff, and other healthcare stakeholdersParticipate in field rides, training, educational events, and ongoing product developmentConsistently work toward sales goals and expanded account responsibilityQualificationsBachelor's degree required1+ year of B2B sales experience, healthcare sales experience, or relevant clinical experienceStrong communication, listening, and relationship-building skillsInterest in medical device sales and willingness to learn in a fast-paced field roleComfortable working in hospitals and procedural settingsAble to travel locally on a daily basis, with flexibility for occasional nights or weekends as neededValid driver's license, clean driving record, and active auto insurancePreferred ExperienceMedical device, spine, pain, ortho, trauma, or other healthcare-related sales experienceClinical background such as Physical Therapist, RN, or similarExperience in a highly driven sales environment with measurable performance goals
