Employment OpportunitiesLooking to lead day-to-day operations of assigned clinic location(s) to ensure proficient and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinic? We are seeking a professional to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Your role will involve effectively leading, training, and developing a team of employees, promoting personal growth and understanding among colleagues. You will present problems in a professional manner, coordinate solutions inter-departmentally, and creatively seek solutions to existing and potential problems. You will be proactive in seeking new ideas to stay within budget guidelines while improving the quality of health care delivered. You will ensure charging/reimbursement changes are integrated into every level of clinic operations, assist with documentation audits, and partner with the Medical Director to ensure clinic success. You will prepare, monitor, and adjust the budget, develop, implement, and monitor clinic objectives, processes, procedures, standards, and educational programs in conjunction with the mission and philosophy of MercyOne Medical Group. You will work collaboratively with Medical Group Administration and other leaders to develop, evaluate, and monitor standard processes based on best practice. You will develop and maintain quality assurance programs, proactively analyze clinic operations to identify barriers or new opportunities, and direct the maintenance of the physical environment and equipment. You will serve as a liaison between physicians and Medical Group Administration, ensuring understanding and agreement in regard to future goals. You will direct, motivate, and evaluate clinic employees, ensuring that clinic goals and expectations are met, and ensure the impact of constant change is positive in nature to employees, patients, and physicians. You will comply with applicable laws and regulations relative to clinic operations and address patient concerns with appropriate and timely follow-up. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field or willingness to obtain within three years of hire. Preferred experience includes working in an organization of comparable size and complexity, preferably in healthcare, managing colleagues in a healthcare setting, and working with physicians and advance practice providers. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form are required. The position requires the ability to adapt to frequently changing work priorities, travel to various MercyOne sites as needed, effectively analyze, communicate, and respond, and reside in one of the MercyOne regional service area(s). The working environment includes frequent interruptions and potential exposure to infectious diseases, hazardous waste, and chemicals.
