The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000/annually, and is dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) retirement savings with company match; paid time-off and holidays; parental leave.

Responsibilities

Trade Spend Management:
work with the sales & A/R team in clearing customer deductions; flag any invalid deductions and work with brokers/external auditors in disputing these invalid deductions
maintain different reports/models for trade spend;
Monthly TBM (trade spend) Ledger Reconciliation
Lead monthly Cost Center Reviews with cross functional teams:
Monthly Data Extraction & Validation for completeness and accuracy
Leading monthly business reviews with Cost Center Owners
Performing deep variance and trend analysis vs PY, vs budget vs forecast and explain drivers of over/underspend
Identifying risks, cost reduction opportunities, and needed accruals
Documenting outcomes and follow-ups
Collaborating across functions for completeness and accuracy
Supporting OP/Budget and Forecasting using Cost Center insights
KPI Reporting:
Maintain the monthly report for Customer Penalties
Prepare customer Quarterly Sales rebates
Pricing: validate any price changes sent by the Sales team to CIC against the master data
Participate in month-end process
Support the Finance Director & Sales Controller with any ad-hoc requests
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a sales or commercial finance environment
Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and critical thinking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Commercial teams
Experience in P&L analysis
Knowledge of the trade spend process (CPG)
