You must live in the Charleston, SC area to be considered.We are looking for a skilled accounting professional to participate in the daily accounting activities.Responsibilities:Deposit Settlement Checks the day they arriveConfirm client costs advanced match in Litify and QuickBooksConfirm Client Trust Balance in QuickBooks before issuing checksTransfer check data from Litify to QuickBooks after confirming accuracy (amounts, accounts, etc.)Print checks from QuickBooksScan all IOLTA checks with Settlement Memos to save (in both matter and IOLTA folder)Distribute all Operating Checks to the Attorney or Case ManagerQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of three years' work experience. (Additional work experience can be substituted for the degree)Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insight.Meticulousness in ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports.Experience with multi-tasking in small to mid-size companies.About Company:We believe that our team members are the most important contributors to the success of our firm.
