Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA):13-week contract position to cover summer shortage in Philadelphia, PAHours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM ESTPay is $37 per hourMust have interpersonal relationships skills that permit effective communication with parents, children of various ages, peers and supervisorsPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Duties:Reads and reviews the medical record to understand the patient's diagnosis, precautions, goals and treatment plans. Asks questions regarding unclear information.Provides direct interventions in individual or group sessions as planned, especially gait training, exercise and modalities.
