Job Description SummaryAs an overnight Associate for Artisan Bakers, the candidate will be an essential part of the Artisan Bakers team key members of our audit preparation team. This person must be passionate, committed and dedicated to the quality of our product and the enrichment of our people. This position requires above-average attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly process information and act accordingly.Objective:Assist the overnight teams to ensure Artisan Bakers' quality, timeliness, and cleanliness standards are met.Specific Roles inlcude:Baguette StrectherSanitorCore competencies of an Artisan Bakers Employee:· Attention to Detail – Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed to produce high-quality products that adhere to business specifications.· Time management - ability to prioritize tasks; ensuring you have adequate time to complete and confirm that your task is finished and to the desired quality standard.· Problem-solving - Using creative, logical, and critical thinking to find solutions that meet the desired quality standard.· Communication - Written and verbal communication skills are crucial in this role. Being able to explain recipes and procedures, as well as actively listening, is a must.· Multitasking - Ability to move from one task to another while prioritizing business needs without compromising company standards.Working Environment/ Physical Requirements :· Large scale manufacturing plant· Extreme temperature fluctuation· Slip resistant shoes required· Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted· Must be able to stand, bend, and slouch for an extended period of up to 8 hours.· Must be able to grip, squeeze, and hold items for an extended period of up to 8 hoursRequired knowledge, skills and abilities:· High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.· Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.· You must possess general knowledge of food manufacturing, with a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in large production facilities.· Must possess the ability to meet deadlines.· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.· Must possess the ability to solve problems and make high cognitive decisions.· Must possess the ability to make decisions in a timely and effective manner.· You must possess the ability to work under pressure.· They must have a positive attitude, be honest, neat and clean in appearance, punctual, take pride in their work and be cooperative.· You must be willing to learn.Company Description Artisan Bakers was founded in 1992 in Sonoma's wine country, where we began crafting artisan breads for the region's finest restaurants and markets.
