This executive-level position demands a leader with a deep passion for the brand's mission, at least 10 years' experience in brand, creative, or design leadership, and a strong portfolio demonstrating brand strategy and creative execution. The role involves owning the product storytelling framework, ensuring creative consistency across all touchpoints, and leading a high-performing creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce storytelling, PDP optimization, and customer journey design, and will be adept at using data and insights to inform and optimize creative strategies.Applicants for the VP of Brand Creative role at the company should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be committed to the values of curiosity, resilience, and community.
