This role combines deep troubleshooting expertise with proactive solution design, helping customers achieve reliable, scalable, and high performance data ecosystems. Develop a complete understanding of customer end-to-end data ecosystems, including Databases, object stores, file systems, and streaming platforms, ETL/ELT tools, BI platforms, governance frameworks, and AI/ML environments. Drive initiatives that elevate customer experience, platform stability, and long term successYou Will:Lead investigation and resolution of high severity, multi layer incidents involving infrastructure, Kubernetes, data engines, storage, networking, and system integrationsProvide solution architecture recommendations related to performance tuning, resiliency, configuration design, and integration best practicesAct as a technical bridge between Customer Support, Product Management, and R&DEscalate defects, influence roadmap decisions, and translate customer issues into actionable product improvementsIdentify recurring patterns, systemic risks, and opportunities for optimizationTake the First Step Toward Your Dream CareerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
