The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and 3+ years of relevant experience in the title industry.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Clearance Officer will communicate with Attorneys, Banks, Developers, and Company Underwriters.Review of proformas and endorsementsReview of LLC Documents, Corporation Documents, and Partnership DocumentsReview of TrustsReview of Estate DocumentsReview of preparation of affidavitsUse knowledge and expertise to resolve title commitment requirements that the clearance team is not authorized to handleMaintain system to ensure milestones are met in accordance with company policyAddress all client requests and parties associated with the transaction in a timely mannerDesired QualificationsHigh School DiplomaAssociate or bachelor's degree preferredParalegal Certification is a plus3+ years of COMMERCIAL title industry experience in NY, NJ, PAStrong understanding of real estate title closing procedures and legalityExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and collaboration skillsIf this sounds like the type of opportunity you see yourself transitioning into next, contact Julie Gross at 605-705-6836.
