Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services Track and analyze business performance metrics to inform business decisions Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial goals are met Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in business development or a related field Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Familiarity with [insert relevant software or systems] Previous experience with Nursing Homes.
