Senior Analyst, Investment Banking — Healthcare/M&ALocation: New York, NY (On-site, 5 days/week)Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 base + bonusExperience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years)About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Analyst to join a high-performing investment banking team focused on middle market M&A advisory. You'll work in lean, three-to-six person deal teams executing sell-side M&A, private equity recapitalizations, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements — with significant exposure to senior bankers and clients from day one.This is a hands-on seat where you'll touch every stage of transaction execution, from pitch through close, across multiple healthcare verticals and adjacent sectors. It's also a clear career-track role: we have a strong history of promoting Analysts to Associate.What You'll DoBuild financial models and lead valuation analyses for private and public companiesDraft offering memoranda, internal committee memoranda, pitch books, and management/board presentationsManage client-side due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisorsPartner directly with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycleWhat We're Looking For3+ years as an Analyst at an investment bank or M&A advisory firm (Master's degree a plus)Primary experience in middle market sell-side M&AAt least one closed sell-side M&A transactionSector experience in one or more of: Healthcare (preferred), TMT, Consumer, Industrials, or Financial Sponsors (PE PortCo transaction experience strongly valued)Experience at a firm with 10+ professionalsSeries 79 required; Series 63 preferred but not requiredWillingness to work on-site daily in our New York officeWhy Join UsLean deal teams with direct senior banker and client exposureBroad cross-sector deal flow with a healthcare emphasisDefined Analyst-to-Associate promotion trackCompetitive base + bonus structure
