Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services, specializing in pediatric populations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within our multidisciplinary team in a dynamic setting, focusing on in-clinic care. Duties: Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in recovery. Monitor and document patient progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Behavioral Analysts, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide education to patients and their families on at-home exercises and preventive measures. Uphold the principles of neurodiversity-affirming care in all treatment approaches. Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations. Comfortable and confident in treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Comfortable working with diverse populations, including Autism, pelvic floor issues, cerebral palsy, behavioral challenges, trauma, and diverse sensory needs.
