Business Development Manager, Natural Colors– North America – RemoteThis role will cover US and Canada.Job PurposeTo be the main point of contact for Colors from Nature® to customers, proactively managing their needs, aligning with color capability and portfolio. As such delivering profitable sales growth, technical competence through education and brand awareness across customers.The job holder would be an experienced commercial and/or technical leader who demonstrates the ability to inspire customers, support a high-performance culture, is technically and commercially competent and has a real passion to develop a strong value proposition for Colors from Nature®.This is seen as key leadership and ambassador role in a highly strategic market for ADM and will have significant autonomy and visibility within the organization to continue building an exciting business unit.Main ResponsibilitiesSupporting and growing key accounts effectively.Understand regional consumer requirements to evolve and adapt global product offeringOversee brand strategies and marketing execution in conjunction with Marketing Team to maximize awareness and consideration within the regionEstablish market and competitor activity monitoring from a commercial perspectiveBuild / develop high performing support team to help realize company aspirationsIdentify and develop new business and partnership opportunities for awareness and growthBuild and sustain long-term relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external)Monthly reporting, sales analytics and technical insights; understand go-to-market strategy and how to maximize sales efficiencyStay up to date on natural color trend analysis, competitive activity and changing consumer behaviors through industry publications, events and insights reportsIdentify appropriate exhibitions and events to attend to build awareness and demonstrate a return on any investmentSkills & Abilities:Demonstrates Leadership Competencies & AttributesCustomer mindset.
