You understand how manufacturing environments operate, think on your feet, and take ownership of solving problems.This is not a “clock in, fix it, clock out” role. You’ll be the face of MAVPAK on customer sites, helping troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and optimize packaging and related manufacturing equipment. Success in this role takes technical ability, clear communication, good judgment, and a genuine drive to help customers when they need it most.Field service can change quickly. Some days are planned maintenance visits. Other days, you may be responding to an urgent line-down situation where downtime is costing the customer real money. But field service is not static. Priorities shift, urgent calls come in, and plans can change quickly.You’ll start your day prepared, but stay flexible. You may travel to a customer site for a planned maintenance visit, troubleshoot a stubborn equipment issue, get a machine back online, or help a team better understand how to operate and care for their equipmentThroughout the day, you’ll balance hands-on technical work with clear communication.
