In this role, you will partner closely with leaders and managers to help them achieve business goals by proposing and implementing people and culture initiatives that drive sustainable high performance .This HR Business Partner role provides HR support to an R&D organization . As the primary HR contact for this group, you will deliver a full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support while serving as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and managers.Key Responsibilities+ Serve as the primary HR Business Partner to leaders and managers across the R&D organization+ Partner closely with leadership to support business objectives through effective people strategies+ Deliver end-to-end HR support across:+ Workforce planning and organizational design+ Compensation and performance management+ Talent development, retention, and succession planning+ Employee relations and manager coaching+ Coach managers on navigating a wide range of people-related challenges with consistency, sound judgment, and empathy+ Facilitate and implement Center of Excellence (COE) -driven programs and initiatives+ Identify , propose, and implement solutions related to talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention+ Leverage an understanding of the business, organization, and goals to anticipate needs and proactively drive change+ Partner with HR COEs to bring specialist insights and scalable programs to the business+ Use data and insights to surface trends, inform decisions, and drive action+ Operate with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environmentWhat Success Looks Like in This Role+ Proactive, organized, and anticipates leader needs+ Provides clear, practical guidance in complex or ambiguous situations+ Builds trust quickly and operates as a credible thought partner+ Balances structure with flexibility and execution with thoughtfulness+ Results-driven and willing to bring new ideas to the table+ Brings a positive, grounded approach to their work-able to navigate challenging situations while maintaining perspective, approachability, and professionalismQualifications+ 6+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience+ BA or BS degree, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field+ Experience supporting technical or engineering teams+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills+ Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills+ Ability to use data to identify insights and drive action+ Demonstrated experience influencing leaders and applying critical-thinking skills to complex problems+ Thrives in a collaborative, culturally diverse, fast-paced environment+ Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement+ Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI, automation, or emerging tools to improve HR effectiveness, efficiency, and decision-makingThe annual salary range for California is $108,500 to $201,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
