Job Title: Construction LaborerLocation: Bennett, CO (N Converse Rd and E 38th Ave)Pay: $21 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMJob Description:MGR Workforce is hiring Construction Laborers to support daily operations at an active construction site of our Client in Bennett, Colorado. This is a full-time, weekday position with consistent hours. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well with a team, and is comfortable performing physical tasks in a construction environment.Responsibilities (but not limited to):Assist skilled trades and supervisors with general construction tasksLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipmentMaintain a clean and safe job siteMove, stack, and organize construction materialsPerform basic demolition and site preparationFollow all safety rules and site proceduresComplete other general labor duties as assignedRequirements:Previous construction or general labor experience of minimum 1 yearAbility to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periodsReliable transportation to arrive on site on time every dayComfortable to work in outside environmentStrong work ethic and ability to follow instructionsRequired PPE:Workers must have their own:Construction hard hatSteel toe safety bootsHigh-visibility vestSafety glassesWork Environment:Outdoor construction siteTeam-oriented settingSafety-focused job siteIf you're dependable, ready to work, and looking for steady weekday hours at a competitive rate, we encourage you to apply.#MGR1
