What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Technician within our Corpay Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of building maintenance tasks, including general upkeep, preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and supporting a safe and professional work environment. You will report directly to Facilities Manager and regularly collaborate with internal facilities team members and external vendors.How We WorkAs a/an Facilities Maintenance Technician, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in Lexington, KY officeCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Performing daily upkeep and repairs under direction of Facilities ManagerConducting routine inspections of interior and exterior areasCompleting maintenance tickets promptlyExecuting minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairsOperating hand and power tools for maintenance tasksPerforming cleaning duties across facility spacesProviding backup support for Facilities AssociatesMoving furniture, equipment, and supplies as neededMaintaining and reconfiguring workspace setups and cubiclesScheduling and completing preventative maintenance tasksCoordinating special projects as assignedMonitoring and maintaining building systemsPerforming groundskeeping activitiesReporting unusual occurrences or damage to managementOverseeing work performed by external vendorsMonitoring and reporting environmental health concernsEnsuring OSHA compliance and maintaining SDS/MSDS documentationSetting up and breaking down meeting spacesRemoving snow from entryways and walkwaysDelivering supplies to designated areasSupporting the Facilities team as neededAdhering to safety standards and regulationsPerforming additional duties as assignedQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma requiredMinimum 2 years of facilities maintenance experienceStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeAt least 1 year of plumbing repair experienceWorking knowledge of drywall, framing, and building structuresStrong attention to facility presentation and curb appealProfessional communication and customer service skillsStrong interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks, document work, and meet deadlinesAbility to read and interpret safety guidelines and maintenance documentationAvailability to work full-time and respond to on-call emergenciesBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providersPhilanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesEqual Opportunity EmployerCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
