Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and be able to diagnose and repair issues. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for completing work orders and unit turns in a timly manner. Indoor and outdoor work is required including painting, lawn care, snow removal and general maintenance. Part time 20-30 hours per week, pay based on experience. Apply your hours towards rent, a rent credit and on site living available after 60 day probationary period.
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
* Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
* Lawn care/snow removal
* General maintenance including painting
* Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.
* Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
