Waste & Recycling Sorting Route Driver Property Trash Porter

The Role: Copia Resources, Inc is seeking a Porter / Trash & Recycling Sorter to work full time at one of our client's properties in San Jose CA. This person will perform janitorial and porter duties. The Porter / Trash & Recycling Sorter will walk the properties to ensure cleanliness throughout the property. The primary focus for this position will revolve around trash enclosures located throughout the properties. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license. (Commercial license not required) Clean driving record of at least 3 yrs (1 point or less with approval from company's car insurance) Able to work the following shift: 3:45 am - 12:15 pm Monday - Friday Ability to repetitively lift 75+ lbs (furniture, appliances, household items) Ability to push and pull a wheeled bin weighing 600+ lbs.
