Role OverviewParticipate in an intensive training program designed to equip young adults with technical and professional skills, including access to internships and job placement support through a leading talent placement firm.Responsibilities Engage in in-classroom skill development across areas such as Banking, IT Support, Application Development, Data Analytics, and Project Management. Prepare for professional environments by building business communication, interviewing, and networking skills. Attend internships at partner organizations, earning an educational stipend during this phase.
