Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and project support, coordinate meetings, take detailed minutes, assist with onboarding, and partner with HR to ensure smooth new hire experiences. Responsibilities also include bid support such as managing pre-bid invitations, preparing prequalification packages, assisting with proposals, and tracking new opportunities. The role will also support Sales and Project Managers with reporting, marketing efforts, and cross-office collaboration. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
