Job Description Job Title: Porta Machine OperatorJob Summary:We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Porta Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring porta machinery to assist in the manufacturing process while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.Responsibilities:Operate porta machines and related production equipment safely and efficientlyLoad and unload materials into machineryMonitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as neededInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety procedures and production guidelinesReport equipment issues or production concerns to supervisorsAssist with general production and warehouse duties as neededQualifications:Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand, bend, and move throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSchedule: 6:00am - 6:30pm (Friday - Sunday) 6:00pm - 6:30am (Friday - Sunday) 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)6:00pm - 6:00am (Monday - Thursday) 6:00am - 6:00pm (Monday - Thursday)Pay: $18.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)Take The Next Step Apply Today!Company DescriptionFounded in 1968, Minutemen Staffing is the cornerstone of The Minutemen Human Resource System, a group of HR-related companies headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.
